Would something like this be too complicated for hotstamping?
What format should I send the logo to the company in?

It doesn't look complicated at all, should be good for stamping, just make sure with whoever's doing the stamping ... also ask what format they prefer (black & white for sure; I think any image file format would work (JPG, PSD, TIF, etc.) ... B&W vector art is usually what works the best.
