Thanks for the feedback.
@ Michael: Before submitting the design to ASM I would like it to be sort of validated, so I thought since there are a couple of experienced people on this forum I would check what you guys think before actually sending the draft to ASM. I’m not in a hurry, since I want my order placed in one month. I want to be sure about as many things as possible before I get things fine-tune with ASM’s artist.
About the design of the house itself I probably need something with less details. I’ve used the architect’s elevation as a starting point and have tried to make the design as close to the original, but things are not set in stone - though the house is

.
@ Noel: The house is not really a concept, it's the façade of the house we've just bought and where we intend to spend at least a decade or two. So I figured it would be nice for the kids when they're older to have a souvenir in the form of the poker chip set. The house was built in 1905, we bought it in 2005 and will be moving in at the end of this year.
The orange chip was originally going to be a T2000 but I was advised to make it non-denom to add flexibility to the set. I put the suits instead of the denom but it could feature anything else. Just didn't have any better idea. There probably is something better to do. Suggestions?
On a sidenote I don’t want to use any currency, since I’m in the Euro zone and anyway this is more meant to be a tourney set.
@ Captn Lego: indeed the crosshairs are there only temporarily to help me center the elements of the design.
You're right about the yellow denom. I need either to change it's color or find a better way to outline it - obviously the black shadow is not sufficient. I do want the chip design to echo the edge spots though, and I’ve already used the asm-blue for the roof and the DG-yellow for the shutters. The idea of changing the color of the shutters on each chip is a good one, though I need to know whether the shutters are actually even going to appear on the design in the first place.
And since you’re the breakdown guru here, can you tell me what you think of the following that Wijwij suggested:
100 x ncv (orange chip, to be used either for small blind or higher denoms like 1000, 2000 or 2500)
160 x 25T
160 x 100T
80 x 500T
