There were some mix ups with my order since I changed it from 312 to new spot combos earlier this week. Originally I didn't realize there was a price difference between 414 and 4A14. They let me know this and I asked to change the chips to just 414. My message must not have been understood because I was then charged for the 4A14s. I could have lived with it I guess but Glenda was nice enough to go pull my order again before they started assembling it. I feel like I've been a major pain. They're obviously very busy with all the chiptalkers calling in orders. It's another testament to their level of service, and also a lesson that any order changes should be called in, rather than emailed, to avoid confustion.
