SHOULD be
PPI ... but most people say dpi (even though it's not technically right).
CMYB should be
CMYK (
Cyan Magenta Yellow blacK)
RVB I'll assume was just a typo for
RGB.
Designing your inlay at actual scale is the best way to do it AND always make test prints of your design when you're close to being done with it so you can then see your printed design at actual size, and then fix/rework what needs fixing based by your test print outs ... designing soley from the computer screen can be misleading,
ALWAYS MAKE TEST PRINTS.
