Found another ceramic designer (they appear to use casinotek)
Stumbled across this site and happened to see their custom chips section and to my surprise the chips are ceramics. From the example pics it looks like they use the casinotek ceramics which people have been asking around about recently. Maybe you guys wanna check them out.
Re: Found another ceramic designer (they appear to use casinotek)
have you seen the tables?....chiptalker mikensd makes a kick ass table (from what ive seen) for about 1/3 the cost and he's a CT member......show yer support yea yea
Re: Found another ceramic designer (they appear to use casinotek)
He is not talking about tables, but custom chips. The home page shows all the products.
Looks like everyone is getting into the act. See the post re ceramic from China.
Re: Found another ceramic designer (they appear to use casinotek)
Looks like he's simply a reseller of their chips. You place your order with the 916poker folks and he gets on the phone and places it with the MFG and then upsells you a table, chairs, etc.
It's a great model if you don't know the chips are made elsewhere.
Re: Found another ceramic designer (they appear to use casinotek)
Whoops should have clarified, i was trying to imply that this was another person who'd help with your design work and place your order for casinoteks. Much like Lynbark goes through Acehighsupply for BR Pros, or Bostonpokerchips and Homepokerchips go through chipco for chips.

Since we've somewhat strayed off topic, check out the custom jobs from this site, i happened to stumble across their banner over at Scott Keens forum. Horrible horrible name for the company imo but they've got some pretty nice tables and i really like some of the possible add ons (the table top loading cash box and lockable chip trays would make for a pretty professional looking table).
