Is there a difference between making your own labels and applying them to clay chips, and ordering clays with inserts?
For instance, with regard to the previous the group buys of the Samurai Palace chips which are now on hpc's site, how does the insert for this chip differ from a label I produced myself?
i think the biggest difference is that the samurai inlays (for instance) where applied using thousands of pounds of force, and your labels will be applied with an adhesive.
Does this have the effect of making the inlay look like an imprint and not a label? I've seen tophat&cane chips from a casino, where the image looks like it is printed on the chip, rather than part of a label. Is this something else entirely? Thanks
Clays with inserts/inlays are compressed into the chip. impossible to remove without damaging the chip and it feels almost like a plastic protective covering..Labels are stickers that are made of paper or now they come in other materials as well...
