I sent my first draft of my ASM GB artwork to pc.com on 2/1 and I haven't heard anything. Should I send another email or call. I don't want to bother them - I am sure they are very busy now, but it does seem like a while without even an email telling me that they got the message.

L | I would wait. Depending on where you are in this long line and considering that there is only one graphic designer (I think), she has to be very busy with this group buy.

L | Did you send directly to Sandy? I think you need to resend it or at least send another email just to make contact. I sent my first email to here on the 6th, she replied same day with the info I asked for, I then sent my art to her on the 7th and received a proof on the 9th...

BTW, make sure you put your order number in the subject line...

I did send directly to sandy, and I did include my order number. However, I can't seem to find the email in my "sent" box. I have a copy of it in my custom chip folder, but maybe I wrote it and didn't send it.
I send another copy just in case.

I didn't hear from them for a week after I sent mine. I e-mailed Sandy again, and she had received it and was about to work on it. I would imagine that they're just going at their own pace.
She didn't seem bothered by my polite e-mail just asking if they'd received it. I don't know whether re-contacting them prompted her to look at it sooner than she might have; I made it clear that wasn't my intention.
My design was also more or less done (I thought). She didn't have to design a logo or anything from scratch, that is.
I'd tell anyone else who doesn't hear back right away not to worry.

I'm sure she's buried right now, but as puzzle said, a polite email asking if she got it shouldn't be a problem.
