99-
I've got samples of the solids coming from Dennis. I was going to design my own hotstamp but really like your design. I currently have 1000 chip set of the king's crown chips from TRKING and am wanting to build a cash game set.
I would like the denoms on one side & your stamp on the other. I'll await your sample scans to see what the actual chips looks like. I'm thinking of the following to add:
200 .50 chocolate
300 1.00 light blue

I may have to jump in on this with you too 99. You're just up the road from me a bit so I can pick them up when they come in rather than re-shipping. Is this the entire palette? Quote: |

I'm hoping these chips can come in at under .70 a piece total, if there are 5000 chips the cost should be around .62-.65 per chip. | |

Is this the entire palette? | Check out the TR Kings in the chip factory here at chiptalk, I think it has all the current colors. I received an e-mail from Dennis that Fire and Signal Green were current ccolors last week.

As 99% mentioned, the chip factory has all the current colors. I have samples of every color and x has them all really close to what the actually look like. Light blue is about the only one that looks a little funny and I think that it is only because the screen background color is so similar.

Wow, can you say "elegant simplicity"? I don't know what it is, but those hotstamps look incredibly sexy to me. Damned if every ship in that scan doesn't have a perfectly centered stamp, too. I'd love to see how the proposed Oasis chips end up, and maybe even land a sample set or two. Quote: |

I'd love to see how the proposed Oasis chips end up, and maybe even land a sample set or two. | I've always liked the look of the bright solid colored chips you see on some TV tourneys. I'd been toying with doing an ASM set with a regualr inlay, but had thought about maybe doing a hotstamp. When I saw these scans it really made me look twice at how nice a simple hotstamp can look. My one gripe with ASM is the weight and hardness of the chips. The TR Kings -to me are very similar in weight and texture (of broken-in chips, new chips are a bit slick, but wear nicely) to Paulson. I can't wait to get the samples to post, got to check my home e-mail to see if Dennis sent me any word yet.

99- Did you ever consider asking Dennis for a price on hot stamped custom edge spots chips? 1/4 moon, 3 deep etc...
The stock edge spot chips are a bit blah...
I know you mentioned you wanted just solids, just wondering.
I didn't want to pepper Dennis with questions without finding out other quotes he has made to other people.

By the way, I may be interested in a small set (300) since the suicide king hotstamps are lagging.

I'm thinking of doing the following colors, I had originally thought to add white chips, but now I'm inclined to keep it very colorful. I have shown the values they'll represent (it'll be NCV so they can be whatever actually), with the following numbers of chips. Turquise 260, Fire 260, Yellow 140 , Lavender/white 40. The "T" represents tournament values, "C" cash game values
What do you guys think.
By the way, just waiting for Dennis to get back to me about getting the hot stamp done, sent an e-mail on friday regarding a bunch of questions. Just waiting to hear back and pay for the hot stamp.

I keep changing my mind on colors, Dennis needs to hurry up so i don't redo this thing from scratch. Now with chips in hand i've chosen these 4
(Light Blue, Yeller, Turquoise, et l'orange)
Good for $1, $5, $25, $100 respectively.
Not completely sold on Turquoise, may go with purple instead.
