Ok, I ordered my custom ASM's with the A-mold, but I am curious, it seems that the one bad thing most people agree on about the A-mold is that they get questions about "what's the 'A' stand for?"
Now, I have a very easy answer to this question since my last name starts with an 'A' but I am curious, doesn't the same question come up with the H-mold? Does everyone just answer with "House" or what (assuming your last name doesn't also start with an 'H')?
I guess my main question is why is it people seem to rag on the A-mold for getting that question but not the H-mold?
I think the H is a little less prevalent on the H-mold than the A is. It can look just like a pattern on the H, but the A is just so obviously an A that you will get that question.
H tends to go with more things. If your really stuck, it can represent holdem. But most importantly, the design takes on a very geometrical pattern which makes the H blend in more. Many of my co-workers say the H-mold looks very Asian like and said they didnt even notice the H until i pointed it out.
Could be the H-mold is a classic chip and many haven't seen the A-mold as much??
I like the pattern answer better.
Good choice going with the America's Cup Mold though.

Isn't it great that you can get the actual, real answer from the guy who runs the place! Wow! Thanks jimb for the answer and for making the X14 buy possible in the first place! And thanks to Irish and Matthew too! My art is just about done, and my orders are going in on Monday.
