Chips: 4,306 | | | Update: New Inlay Design help, First Draft pic Hi all, thanks to everyone who helped with my House inlay with the black background. That will be my backup design.
Now for some help. I can do really simple stuff in Photoshop, actually another program that is similar and much cheaper.
I need to design an inlay and since I live in Phoenix, AZ I would like to go with a good Southwest theme but I just don't know what would work well for an inlay. Still undecided on the mold but I figure that if Arizona is on the inlay somewhere then the A-mold would fit ok otherwise I think I might use either the H-mold or Roman. Have samples on the way so I can decide on which feels best to me.
Now for all those creative people, I'm more of a technical person not good at this stuff, to help me out with some ideas. This will be for a cash set.
Thanks
See new post below with a first draft

Chips: 4,306 | | | Re: New Inlay Design help Again, I'm not a pro with my photo program but here is a pic I found of a tatto that might be interesting to work off of. Not sure how it would work for an inlay any help is much needed. Maybe have this with the denom centered where the star is and some text arched across the top and maybe the bottom but that might make it too small.
Thanks

I wanted something like the Phoenix Cardroom or something like that on it but people would probably end up asking what the hell Phoenix has to do with me in Michigan. |

So I opted for the yellow to red fade...

Here is a draft if a Phoenix inlay, please give me any suggestions and comments. Not sure about having the denom on the side with the Phoenix, I might have it changed to just the Phoenix.
Thanks

Chips: 4,306 | | | Re: Update: New Inlay Design help, First Draft pic No comments, please just let me know if you like it or you hate it. Ideas for ways to improve the inlay. I'm pretty sure that I will make the Phoenix full size on the one side with no denom or if it looks ok with a denom over it but I don't think so. Ideas for the front, thats were I'm drawing a blank. I don't love it but I can't think of the style that will work best.
Thanks
