I want to order about 3000 chips in 4 denoms for a 10 table tourney. I want nice, good quality custom chips. Either ceramic or clay will work fine. As long as they stack well all is good.
What should I expect to spend on this? Is custom chipcos cheaper than custom ASM? Any other quality customs out there?
ASM edgespotted with inlay are .95 each for orders over 2500.
ASM non-edgespotted with inlay are .75 each for orders over 2500.
I think Chipcos, Nevada Jacks, and BR Pro? are similar in price but I am not really sure, it depends on artwork charges and such.
TR King makes custom chips, but i don't know what quantities you must order (I think it is 5,000 for a custom inlay edgespotted chip).
The last option I think is Blue Chip. They would likely do a 2500 order for about .65 per chip plus an art fee of several hundred dollars. This comes out to roughly .85-.95 per chip I believe.
The clays would have better edgespots. The Chipcos better graphics. Both would stack fine. Out of the ones above I think I like ASM best, but the others are all good options.
