Chips: 1 | | | ASM Inlay for 1/4 buy (NEWEST IMAGE V4 01/12/06) I started working with ASM on my inlay: Latest Version V4:
V3: V2: V1:
the CHIP base and spot colours are not correct.
They will be:
Grey Plain: 25 cent
Imperial Blue 414 White: $1
Mandarin Red 614 DG Pink: $5
Light Green 3D14 DG Pink, Green: $25
Black 414 DG Green Imperial Blue: $100
The back (sun side) will have the denom added at the bottom (W/O currency)
The front (flag and coat-of-arms side) will have the denom added WITH currency (either $ or U$D).
Any suggestions though?
PLEASE criticize!
And thanks to all the CTers that contributed in my other inlay thread: http://chiptalk.net/forum/showthread.php?t=13572

Chips: 2,055 | | | Re: ASM Inlay for 1/4 buy thanks for the info...I think the chips will really turn out great...especially the $1 with the full argentina theme going for it...
I'm hoping to finalize my label in a day or 2 as well... |

Chips: 1,141 | | | Re: ASM Inlay for 1/4 buy I'll be honest, im not much on the solid blue one. I think the white/blue is nice and should be on both sides. The problem with having 2 face chips is that they dont tend to look good when stacked in a bunch because some will have the opposite face from the others. What you end up with is a roll of stacks that look like a bunch of loose chips put together to form a set. Just my personal opinion. |

Chips: 1 | | | Re: ASM Inlay for 1/4 buy I am not sure i understand your comment about the faces when the chips are stacked.
I think that when stacked all you really see are the sides? Quote: |

Chips: 1,141 | | | Re: ASM Inlay for 1/4 buy picture yourself having several stacks in a bunch on the table (like in a tournament) and your looking at it from birds eye-view or directly from the top. When u look at, lets say the red chips, some will have the one side up, the other stack next to it will have the other side up, and it will look very random. Again, its just my personal opinion, and may not reflect yours or others. Quote: |

Please comment.
I, personally, do not like how the U$D looks on the front of the chip.
Maybe Next to eachother along the bottom of the chip?
also the back of the 25 cent chip should be 0.25 or 1/4, any ideas? | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
