Thumbs up Re: initial inlay try... feedback welcome

I like the concept with the Ivy and the wall. That is too cool.
I'm no expert on Inlays on ASMs because I don't own any. But, I think that the graphic and the words will be a little hard to see on an inlay as such. I'm not sure if you are stuck on clays or not, but I bet you can get some Chipcos and/or NJ that would look coool as hell with your concept.

Definitely like the look & layout... and of course Wrigley Rocks!

Strokes may help the denoms & a bolder font for the text. Also, you'll need to give a little more leeway for the "unprintable" area which the text encroaches. Could be my monitor but the bkg image seems a little fuzzy.

Great start

Of course...great concept for a chip!

Looking at your mock up though, the text needs to be made a bit easier to read. The denom might look better if you had it outlined in a darker color to really make it stand out from the brick.

With you wanting to use a picture like this as the inlay, going the Chipco route might be a good idea. It would definitely give you a larger area to display the image.

It's a great start and I'm sure you will get a lot of good ideas from the other on here. Depending on how your mockups turn out, I would like ot get a sample set of these if you are okay with it. You can never have too much Cubs stuff

Re: initial inlay try... feedback welcome

Thanks so far for the comments so far, they have been helpful. I was really hoping for clay even though this particular image might look great on a full face chipco. My initial goal was to make it "old school" looking with the paint effects, but I realize I need to sharpen it up or simplify it somehow. Back to the drawing board for retouches. Thanks again.
