New here and looking for feedback

Hi all. I'm just new to this site. I just stumbled on it today and, after reading a bit, thought that this would be a great place to get a little feedback about the custom NJ's I want to order. Please let me know the good and bad about my design idea. I will be ordering very soon and am willing to send a 'sampler pack' to anyone who gives me some ideas on improving the design if it makes it to the final chip. THanks in advance. It's great to see all the comraderie on this board and I'm glad to be a part of this community.

Well since you haven't gotten any good feedback - I will say that I for one think it looks good. Your graphic skills are great. I am assuming you want to put something like that on a chipco chip? How will you distinguish between denoms?

Could always have the above design on one side and the denoms on the other.

And are you wanting the above design to cover the whole chip?

Re: New here and looking for feedback

My feedback wasn't negative, just pointing out that I've never seen caddy spelled this way.

Re: New here and looking for feedback

I think that the design looks great. Very original, although unless you want only one colour of chip, you will need to work out how to get other colours into a design that lends itself best to the black/silver that you have presented here.

Also, my belief is that the surface of the NJ ceramics won't display the fine detail that you have in your design. It will come out very blurry when compared to your mock-up. Others here might disagree.

If you want to retain the details that you have there, you might try Chipco, but you will need to re-work the design to use the chipco colour set.

Not me, that was my first thought when I read that Wyzard was considering NJ. On the down side, a NJ chip costs 20-30% less, but IMO you get what you pay for.

Is there any way to make the cadillac emblem in the center of the chip bigger.

Also, I love the saying "it's only bluffing if you win." I don't remember seeing it before (maybe I'm just getting old), but I like it.

L

Edit: I wonder if there's any way to do an edge design that looks like a tire tread (in stacks)?

Now that would be original!! How about a zigzag line, simple, but it would get the point across!
