Hey folks.

As the ASM GB approaches I will need to have an inlay design.
I have ZERO design skills whatsoever and would like to get some help from a felow chip junkie.

I would be willing to compensate the "winning" design with a free sample set.

Please respond in this thread and/or PM me if you can help me out.

For starters, I am Argentinian and would like to include that in the inlay.

This here is the Argentine shield and can be a potential watermark for the chip:


The Argentine flag is White and Light Blue:

I will be using the roman mold and would like the inlay to have the denoms:
25 cent, $1, $5, $25 (and maybe a $100 chip as well)
a variation could be that the inlay say U$D 1, U$D 5, U$D 25, U$D 100 or 1 U$D, 5 U$D, 25 U$D, 100 U$D. the 25 cent would then look best as 25 and the cent symbol maybe?

who knows...

As location I want it to read: Buenos Aires, Arg; Buenos Aires, Argentina; Mar del Plata, Arg; or Mar del Plata, Argentina.

And for casino: Casino Nacional or Casinos Nacionales.

And these are the chip "bodies" that I would like the inlay on, so maybe something on each denom inlay should match the chip base colour or an edge spot if possible...

Here is my very simple idea. It doesn't incorporate the watermark, but it is a rough idea. I did it on Adobe Illustrator, so it is very easy to make any changes that you are thinking of.

I'll be honest, I dont even have Illustrator, and in fact I even suck at normal Photoshop

My graphics design skills peak at MS Paint.

Right, but I was saying that I didn't mind making any changes that you requested. Maybe you didn't even like the general idea of what I had haha.

I definitely like the idea.
I would however like to see a version with U$D for the currency.
not sure if the U$D before or after the number.

Also, with the sun from the flag in the middle, the shield would probably not look too good as a watermark, so maybe a version without the sun and instead with the watermark? (also the watermark could be cropped to only include the "circular" portion including the wreath?

Others, please chime in on these mockups for suggestions.
I will end up loving any chip that reminds me of my homeland, but I want the chip to be Aesthetically pleasing for others as well.

I am liking where this thread is going!
I am not sure that I like the colour of the sun's rays though. (except for on the blue chip).

I think the flag looks nice too.

Oh wait, With ASM i can do different images on different sides of the chip, right?

I like the inlay background of the blue chip for one side of the chip (this is similar to the Argentine Team away jersey) and the one one the grey and others (with the flag colours) for the other side (this is similar to the home jersey!)

Also one side can be say Argentina (the blue side) and Casino Nacional
And the other side (the flag side) can say Mar del Plata or Buenos Aires or B.A. and no casino name, but the U$D with the denom and no sun?
