Hello everyone.

This is my first crack at designing custom labels. I want something simple and classy (love the pharaoh's design).

I am pretty good with programs like Photoshop and Corel, but I do not have access to them anymore. So....I made these mock-ups in only Microsoft Word.

For those who can't tell, this is inspired by the movie "Back to the Future". Some of the labels incorporate the clock tower, and some of the labels incorporate the clock area of the clock tower (the clock and the two statues). This will be my theme for sure, I am just trying to figure out ways to incorporate the movie.

This is obviously not what I would send in directly, just trying to get some suggestions and feedback. If any of you who are great designers want to post a little something you can come up with, please do!

I can tell you from just going thru it that the small text is going to be too small for them. And don't forget you need that 1/16" buffer space around the edge of the inlay, so only 3/4" of the 7/8" label is printable.

Thanks JM. I have no idea what I will do when it comes time to submit...I just made a circle and started throwing stuff in it in MS word.

If you don't want to buy those programs and you pretty much have your design in mind and can work reasonably quick, you can download 30 day trials of Illustrator, Photoshop, or Corel Draw, from their respective publisher's web sites at no charge.

Yeah, use illustrator, since that's what ASM will prefer.
