Do these colors flow ok?
Any suggestions?
Also is it going to bother alot of people to use chocolate for my 500, I just do not like purple. I was also thinking about orange for the 500, would that be more kosher with the chip extremists.
Any and all thoughts are welcomed.

They're your chips, so if you don't like purple, then do what you like. Purple is probably the 2nd most "iffy" standard color anyway (besides white/blue $1s).

I think the chips overall look pretty good except the dark edgespot on the chocolate lacks contrast with the base color. Maybe there's another choice that would show up better.

Use whatever colors you want for your game.

The Chocolate one needs some more contrast. I suggest Orange instead of the blue.

I'd worry that the chocolate is too close to the black. They might be hard to tell apart. Maybe you could solve this by making the edgespots quite distinctive on the two chips.

If they were mine (which they aren't), I'd probably substitute a white or blue chip for the black or chocolate.

As stated above, you're the one looking at, playing with, and most importantly paying for these chips - pick what you like!

Now, that said - since you've asked

1) Definitely the brown chip shouldn't have a blue edgespot; anything brighter is better
2) Best choice is to dump brown altogether - with orange you can keep those edgespots
