I finally got my new faux clay chips this morning, which I ordered for use in cash games. 580 chips that I really didn't need And already, I have figured out how to expand that to 1000 for being able to play somewhat higher limits as well.

And here I am with 400 plain ASMs, 175 Egyptians (with plans to fill out that set), plus I'm planning on custom ASMs, and at least a set of American Beauties and Samurai Palace chips. I guess I'd have to get a set of TR Kings just to have more of a variety

I don't have any batteries charged for my camera - but it's easy enough to imagine stacks of orange (5c), grey (25c), blue ($1), red ($5), and green ($25) faux clay chips

I just have to get the labels made for them now.

Did you pick them up in Canada? If so what was the cost and where...Also does anyone know where you can get these hotstamped in Canada??

I would rather have nothing on my chip then to get them hot stamped. Labels look much nicer.

We are in the process of conducting a "mini" GB for the thin, vinly labels from Ripped Sheets right now. See this thread for more info:

I just got some yellow faux clay from them (only place I could find yellows!)

I think they were around 10 cents each. I don't know if thay do hotstamping, though.

I believe (but cannot say for certain) that straightflush has a Chiptalk members discount of 10%.

I got mine from StraightFlush.ca at $0.11 (CAD) each, and yes they do have a 10% discount for ChipTalk members (mentioned at the end of the thread about Canadian suppliers of faux clay chips). I would like hot stamps for the denoms for that backroom card game kinda look...I like inlays as well, but on 10 cent chips i think that a hot stamp can look kinda cool...just my opinion ----

when did u get the yellows from Straighflush? They have been labelled discontinued for quite awhile on the site i thought?

Now to figure out what colors I want?

I am thinking:

grey, purple, red , orange ... that would be pretty non-traditonal though so the hotstamped denoms would be helpfull...
