Has anyone used Iron on transfer paper to customized a set of chips. I was expirmenting the other dayand I got one to turn out pretty good on my first try. It seems to be pretty durable once it cooled off and set. I scartched pretty hard and it barerly chipped. I got the chips at Wal-mart, 300 in 100 chips racks by cardinal games. I think they are made of all clay because they held up to the heat without any demage.
So what you guys think?
One other thing. They are waterproof because they are made to be washed when they are put on clothing.
All Clay. Like a Paulson? Even they respond very poorly to heat. See HERE at the bottom of the page. And that was just steam. There have been other posts here about leaving ASMs out in a hot car and them getting all screwed up. I guess the best thing to do here is be VERY careful with this....
Your chips are plastic with a metal insert. Those chips can generally withstand temperatures up to 280-300º that is used for hotstamping. You could probably achieve the same thing much easier and at lower cost by using clear poly labels.

I don't like the way the label can peel off and over the long run I don't trust adhesives even peranment ones.My digital camera sucks and I can't get a good picture of the chip or I would post one.
