I am planning on ordering a custom set for my tournaments. I was looking into TR KIng and was hoping that those of u who have experience with them can tell me a little about their quality.

Inlay - how great is their inlay? There is a huge difference, in my opinion, between the quality of PCs ASM and Paulson's Pharoah. Where would u rank TR KINgs? Is the prints and inlays centered?

edge spots - with an order of 5000, are you allowed to choose color combos or do they have standards?

Customer Service - are they easy to work with?

Any other advice would be great.

I would rank the mentioned chips in the order of best=Pharaoh's next=TR King next=ASM.

However, Paulson and TR King chips both feel very nice and since TR King allows variance with edgespots, they probably rank equal to Paulson.

You do get to customize your colors, and I already mentioned you can customize your edgespots, which is something that is hard to find with manufacturers, and is a real plus.

Dennis at TR King is quick and to the point, doesn't come off as the happiest person in the world, but he gets the job done and will keep you updated. He will also answer any e-mails within hours it seems. So customer service is very good.
