Anyone seen these Casinotek chips from Casino Supply

Hi guys, new to the forum. Searched the forum and couldn't find any mention of these. These chips look like Chipco's but are way cheaper for custom chips (.69 per chip) Anybody seen these yet. I'm thinking of getting a few samples.

Those are actually very intriguing. The set up cost seem reasonable at $75/face. I'd like to see some real world examples first. I'll contact 'em and see if they do samples.

I notice that none of the designs have the white ring featured on ChipCos chips, which I think is actually a good thing since that's how ceramics tend to wear.

Casinotek chips

I figured they weren't Chipco's but I knew they were "like" Chipco's (Ceramic). Called just now and they are going to send me some samples! They said I should get them by the end of the week. The one thing that I didn't like was that it will cost $75 per design/setup fee. I wanted to verify and asked him about it. He said that if you have 4 different denoms it will cost you $300 setup and that's if you design the logo and submit it in eps format. The min. order is 300 chips. 4 weeks delivery time. Shipping price for 300 would be about $11 Fedex.

They've got some paulsons for $.69/chip. Although the inlay is very ugly.

Let us know what the samples are like.

$75/face is actually not too bad for set up fees. Homepokerchips.com fees start at $139.00 + $.97/chip (and that's for their stock chips only, which are frankly ugly).

I'm surprised more folks haven't come out with the ChipCO like option as it seems like this would be easier to manufacture than compression molded clay. NJ is the only other one in the home market at all that I can tell.

I've got samples on the way and was planning on writing a review for the site.

So, if all you change is the denomination, it is still $75 per? They may as well make that part of their pricing information, since I am sure others may ask the same question. $75 to change a number on a chip seems a bit ridiculous, if I am understanding correctly. But, that's just my opinion.

They sent me some samples, I'll report when I get them.

Im sure if all youre changing was the denom they would work with you and not charge you $75 per new chip.
