Inlay design help for custom NJ clays!

I am going to purchase 5200 (I know, I am crazy) custom clays from NJ. I need help designing an inlay. I have/am learning Fireworks but I am very slow.

The design that I am looking for will have "The Nuts" on the top of the inlay, and "Poker Club" on the bottom.

I would like the denomination on either the bottom center, or bottom right. I would like some sort of graphic similar to this hat that I have:

http://www.funtocollect.com/bignutshatwpt.html

I guess, the real help that I need is designing a squirrel (or is it a chipmunk?) holding his nuts.

Any help here?

What mold are you doing it in? I really like the Nevada mold, the suits mold is nice too, I've got that on my Martinis. Do they offer any different molds? The best one going is the Snifter & Cigar mold , I heard this mold is highly thought of by insiders.

I am going with the "Nevada" mold. The chips will be $1.10 each.

I am looking for a bit of an Old Time Vegas look, but I don't know if I can pull it off with this concept. I think that it will have to be a cartoon, like on the hat.

I actually thought about using that squirrel picture, but, again, I want a more throw-back look.

I went to Blue Chip first, to see what they could do for me, and if they had molds other than the "flame" mold. Mike Endy actually recommended BPC, and said "We created a new mold that will be coming out for them soon." I should have known that it would be crap, based on their previous crap.

Apparently, Endy is sending a lot of people to BPC. I guess that they make custom chips now on their molds (or Blue Chip makes them for BPC). But, if their stock chips are $1.25+, then their custom chips must be $2.00+!!!! What an idiot.

Anyways, this is my plan. 3200 tourney chips (enough for a 100 person tourney) and 2000 chips for a cash game.

Do you have free choice of edge spots and colors, or do you have to use the NJ standards?

You have to use the stanard colors/spots. But I love them! I might make a couple of changes if I could, but I am very happy with what they have.

I didn't know NJ did custom clays. I can't find it on their page anywhere. I'd really like to see the edge spot combos.
