How to make poker chips

I'm in the custom printing business and I'm desperately trying to find the equipment to make casino style poker chips in-house instead of sourcing them out.

I've been reading all over this and other similar sites about custom labels, but I have some sample chips that are definitely not simple inkjet or laser jet labels. I don't know if they are vinyl cut inserts, or what.

Can anyone help me in my quest to get what I need to actually make the highest quality chips in my shop?

Thanks.
Sean

List it in member-to-member sales.

If it meant I could have these http://www.chiptalk.net/forum/viewto...t=3170&start=0
I would think about it. Please, pretty please Jim.

You might have to add a few more 0's to the price if you want to make that chip.

Late model equipment

Jim, can you tell me a little more about the equipment you have for sale?

Do you have photos I can look at, or samples you can either send me or show me through pictures?

I'm definitely interested in learning more about this process.

Thank you.

We all do. We will just keep asking and maybe eventually he will give in.

I don't think that it will do much good but I will add in another pretty pretty please in there for good measure......

Perhaps a better question would be why not? I think everyone would like to know why we can't get more varied edgespots on our custom chips.

Re: How to make poker chips

Are you looking to make the chips themselves, or customize labels for existing chips?

This link takes you to another thread regarding vinyl labels, you could check with CinOs3 about which printing process he uses.
