Well, I think other members here have said that they're pretty good with their replacement policy. I don't see why you'd have a problem. Other than their opinion on what is a "bad" chip might differ slightly from yours. I would set a realistic goal for how many you expect to get replaced. If you think all 10% will get replaced, the you'll probably be dissapointed.

I think you will be OK Steve. I had a lot of problems with my order that I will not go into here, but the staff at pokerchips.com (specifically Cathy) did whatever they could to make ammends and for that I went away a satisfied customer.
more and more threads like this about asm's. I think ill hold off on my order.
I agree with that statement. While it seems that they do take care of the problem, the extra shipping charges, time, and effort might not be worth it. Especially for those of us who live north of the border, higher shipping costs, more headaches with customs.
I have to say, I ordered 1000 A-Mold chips a few months ago. I was shorted 1 chip which was immediately replaced. No spinners, no chipped edges and no off center labels.
I oiled each one by hand so I made a very thorough inspection. I would order again without hesitation
I should note that none of my problems would prevent me from buying again as they were mostly miscommunications; sending me the wrong colours and wrong quantites after changing my order and some manufacturing delays at different stages.
I would not hesitate to go back to pokerchips.com for another order, in fact I suspect I will at some point when I am ready to spring for a full custom inlay.
I sent back 167 chips that were spinners and got them today. All of them were fine. Cathy ttold me they had to be inspected also. Their customer service is top notch. I would buy from them anytime.
