I have a disease.
I have a perfectly good set of ASM's: www.homepokertour.com/graphics/cash_set.jpg
Now I want a blue chip cash set: .25, 1.00, 5.00.
I am leaning towards something like this that says "Poker Night" or something with a fictional casino:
Here are my latest mockups. Thanks to burnvalley for the "Poker Night" inlay:
Thx,

I think your on to something and I have a solution for you:
I like the inlay design, but it should say "hotel, ***my name*** casino" and instead of the location it should say "poker room" or "card room". You should also get the exact denom's you mentioned. Then when you get the chips, your friends will be like, "Who the hell is ***my name**," and you'll be like, "Some guy from the U.S." Then your friends will ask "Why are you using chips with his name on it, thats lame." And you can say "good question, maybe I should mail them to ***my name** and use my old chips." And your friends will say, "Good idea!"

Wow nice inlay you made Burn! What font is that?
Anyone else like the solids better than the spotted chips? |

I think you'll have a problem with the blue chip with the white 418 spots. I had that exact configuration on my .05 disapproved. My base color is horizon blue. I switched the white spot to almond and it was approved. Also, the edge spot pattern on your red chip with white spots is not an option. Hope this helps.

Russ | What about blue with white 414? Did you try to switch it to off-white too?

It might be approved, but you'll have to check with BC. I have a hunch the color combinations play a bigger role in the decision making process than the edgespot pattern/color combinations. From what I understood, when the floor manager or pit boss looks at a bunch of chips, he/she doesn't want to have to figure out if it's a 418 or a 414. They see sky blue and white and know it's a certain denom. I could be wrong on this, but let me tell you, Dave at BC is extremely helpful, knowledgable, and informative. Ask him a question and he'll give you an answer. I do know that they make these decisions from a security perspective, and it might not make sense for a home game, but that's how they do it.
Hope this helps.
