I did most of the artwork on my own (using MSpaint and MSword, no less), except for some of the very fine details (font sizing, spacing, etc.) which I left to Sandy at ASM. I got the idea because I was looking for something that was pretty simple and generic and would have some appeal if I would ever decide to sell these. The only idea that I could come up with was based around my hometown high school's team name, The Shamrocks. I live in a very small town (less than 2000 people) and since high school sports are such a HUGE deal around here, I decided to go with it (I'm not sure if that's dorky or what...someone please inform). The black inlay on the tournament chips was inspired by the long-defunct Black Sands group buy, and from that I just threw together an inlay for the cash chips. If I had seen your labels before I may have gone a different route with these, but I'm glad I didn't because I like this design a lot. Oh, and nice chips!
