Here's my idea for a 500 chip cash set and a large (not sure how large yet) tournament set.



Cash breakdown and colors:
25 cents: 250 Chocolate 214 Arc Yellow.
$1s: 200 Imperial Blue 4A14 White/DG Green.
$5s: 50 DG Pink 3D14 DG Yellow/Lavender

Tourney colors: Mandarin Red, DG Green, Chocolate, Lavender, DG Peach, DG Pink.

I'm thinking about color-matching the cash set shamrocks to match the base color of the chip but I'm not sure. I'd love to hear any feedback you may have, and please don't give me too hard of a time about my MSpaint/MSword designed inlays. If anyone would want to mock up the inlay using something better, I'd appreciate it! I'd try to bribe with my +1 rep hammer...but I don't think that would work lol.

The inlays are fine, I think you have a great design. I do think the text and value of the chip would look better all white. Also, I would use a brighter color for the 1000 chip, but that is the beauty of customs, you can do whatever you want with them. Good luck!

From the mockup generator it looks like the 1000 and 5000 colors might be too similar, but seeing them in person side by side is way different. Good luck with this set

I'll have to try the denom in white, thanks for the suggestion. DG Peach is actually a lot brighter than the mock-ups show. Check out Clonexx's chips below.

Those look great. Chocolate with arc yellow is one of my favorite color combos. My father in law has some with that combo, and they are sweet! I like the tourney colors also.

I think I would put some color in that cash set inlay. It looks too plain to me. ASM no longer charges extra for a clolred inlay ,so why not. I think if you are going to spend the money for customs, then you should make them look as "professional" as possible. Having said that, I do like the somewhat clean and simple design. It should look good on the ASM inlay.

I like the cash set and the chip breakdown but I agree those shamrocks need to have color. I'd also like to see the tournament set with edge spots. That way you could blend your cash set into your higher set. You'd have to remove the no cash value though. Good Luck with it!

After thinking about it you'd really have to change alot of things to blend these sets. Maybe not such a good idea but I'd still like to see edge spots on the tournament set.

I did think about doing edge spots on the tournament set, but I could never come up with a spot progression that I really liked or good spot combos for the 1000 and 5000 chips. That and doing spots on the tourney set would increase the price significantly. If you have any ideas for the spots though I'd be happy to entertain them. Thanks for the input!

Here's some more mockups with color-matched shamrocks on the cash set and white denoms on the tourney set. I was also toying with the idea of using a green shamrock on each cash chip. Opinions welcome.
