Colour ideas for a $20 chip in my set?

I won't be ordering this chip anytime soon, but I still can't figure out what I want to get for a $20 chip in my cash set. I'm open to ideas

Right now I have a solid chocolate 5c, but will be changing it to chocolate 214 dg peach with my current order. The rest of the chips will stay the same - grey 214 lavender (25c), imperial blue 414 white ($1), and mandarin red 3D14 yellow/black ($5).

I'll most likely stick with the 3D14 option for this, but I'm also considering 4D14 or 6A14. I don't plan on getting any $100 chips so this will be the highest denom in the set (so black would be a valid colour). I've been playing around with a bunch of different colours, but just can't find anything I really like.

Any suggestions?

Go with Chocolate 214 DG Peach for the $20 and do a Pink solid for the nickle chip.

Re: Colour ideas for a $20 chip in my set?

I really like the chocolate chip as my nickel - I'd want that colour to be in play a lot. And I think at least two of my friends would kill me if I went with pink as the body colour for one of my main chips (I'm not a huge fan of it myself, actually). Although I may add one in the future, a $2 chip or something.

Too bad I can't get the TRK tropicana gold colour from ASM, heheh.

Re: Colour ideas for a $20 chip in my set?

I went with DG Yellow 614 Imp Blue for my $20 chips. I won't be getting them for a few months so I can show you any pics untill them but I know somebody else did a DG Yellow Imp Blue 312 and it looked great.

Your set is also similar to mine but I ordered a different .25 chip I have those now but ordered the same colors with 212, that way I can still mix them together if needed for more than one table going. Also, my $5 chip is different. I'm still thinking about a 5 cent chip but would probably go with a plain hotstamped chip to keep costs down, too bad I can't get the H-mold hotstamped.

Nuther vote for yellow, like the President New Yorkers (and several others like the Bellagio).

Re: Colour ideas for a $20 chip in my set?

I'd say yellow (regular yellow, not dg yellow) is what I'll end up going with. Of course, that leaves the edgespot colours to figure out...

Purple and some sort of green would look like the Bellagio chip, those Squirrel Hill ASMs by billm have a purple/mandarin red that looks nice. I don't really want to duplicate any exact colours that are in my tournament set, so that leaves out the cool purple/grey option...
