Interesting idea, not my cup of tea but if it works for you okay.
As for the chips, the green seems a little dark and the orange might be a problem alongside the red or yellow. The text seems a bit squished on the border. Maybe a larger border and/or a different font style. What about centering the denom also. Can't tell from the images if you already have it but what about using some flames as the background to the border.

Yeah the whole "six sixty-six" was just an idea,I probably end up going with my poker club name "Avenged Poker" or "Mark's Poker Room".

Although you should keep the face of the chip clean - don't let the denom defile the holy pentagram. Add it to the text on the edge or something instead. If you order quickly, you can also add 'Since 6/6/06' to the text without lying too much.
I'd make the text on the outer rim read: 'Club six six six - $5 - Since 6/6/06 - $5'
I think it would make a good ceramic...Definitely needs a more legible font when you get to that stage.
