Well after some much needed design help (thanks again to Johnny5), I have what I think is a pretty good mockup for a Custom ASM set on the H-mold. Anyway I was hoping to get some feedback from all the CTers out there before I shell out my hard earned cash.

What does everybody think about inlay's, chips colors, edge spots, ect....Also do you tend to like the plain yellow oval on all chips or the color matched ovals (I am leaning towards the different color on each chip).

My chip breakdown:

1 Im. Blue 314 White
5 Man Red 414 Arc Yellow
25 Green 4A14 DG Green/Yellow
100 Black 3D14 Pink/DG Pink
500 Purple 3D14 Orange/DG Peach

I like the inlay very much. Only criticism I'd have would be the spot selection on the black chip.

I definitely like the colored spots versus all yellow.

With the oblong kind of cocked I wonder if it'd be better to match the chip base color?

I'd have to see it printed to see if it'd look better on a darker or lighter spot when that's an option... that'd be my determing factor.

Wedge Rock - the Ready Room is just the name for the place in the squadron where the pilots hang out

JM - Yeah, wasn't sure about the black chip...originally when i was thinking about a set last summer and only 312 was available, i thought the pink spots on the black chip looked sharp...so I thought i would spruce it up a little...not sure it is working, though. I still like the pink on one of the spots, but might need to find another color on the other....

Fins - Thanks, I think I like the different color ovals also. I was thinking that going with edge spot colors made it stand out a little more...plus I think some of the darker colors of the chips like the Green and Black might not work to well...

Very nice looking setup you have there. I really like the "Ready Room" angle you are going with.
