It took me two days to do it. I pretty much spent my entire Saturday and Sunday oiling them. There is no fast or easy way to do it. Like I said before, it is a major pain in the rear. But once you see how they turn out, it is well worth it.
As far as the process goes, I got a sponge and soaked it with the mineral oil. You may want to place a plastic coated plate under the sponge. I then got the chip and rolled the edges on the sponge. I rubbed the edges with my fingers, and the rubbed the excess off on the face of the chip. I let them sit overnight and you will be able to see any excess if there is any. Just rub it off with a clean towel and you will be good to go. Just remember to keep using different parts of the towel after wiping off 20 or so chips. You don't want to rub more oil into them.
