If they're labels pressed into the chip and covered with a plastic film, they're called inlays (Paulson, TR King, Blue Chip, ASM)
If they're labels applied to the surface of the chip, they're called decals. (Bud Jones, Matsui)

If you apply labels to the surface of a chip, they're just labels

Part of the fun of having custom chips is having color combinations that nobody else has. Your colors are nice and unique, and go well together surprisingly well. The yellow-chocolate combo makes me want to eat banana-split flavored jelly beans.
