It is what everyone says, but I have to add my voice to the chorus...Jim and Sallie were wonderful to work with. I asked them for a couple peculiar requests (including random placement of the inlays) and they were happy to accommodate. They are so pleasant and the chips turned out so well that you have to mention it. The bright white spots are brilliant, the spot selection has certainly expanded since my first set, and their quality control on this set was A+. The chips were EXACTLY as they looked mocked up. Tttubby did a great job with my inlay, and I couldn't be more pleased to recommend him as well.
