I like the idea so far, just not too thrilled on the edgespots or the mold, i think we can come up with something closer posslibliy? Do we have a contact at ASM here that would allow us to do a replica group buy purchase?
Just so's you know, this thread is from 2005. The company that made the chips in the OP is out of business. ASM will not make "Rounders" replicas (it's come up before).
That said with the edgespot availabilites it'd be pretty easy to make some sort of pastiche of the chips in question. I'm surprised no one has done a variation on the theme yet, certainly of the Teddy KGB chips (the Chesterfield inlay always looked kind of ass to me). Just put some other hunkin' big critter there with the denom. The spot patterns are available:
