i'd change the edgespots so every denom has a different design. especially with the 2 highest denoms so the color can't be confused so easily when in dirty stacks.
I like the consistent edgespot pattern. There aren't enough sets like that, so keep it that way! Other than bolder and bigger denominations, they look great.
I wouldn't change the patterns at all, it looks great as it is! And the base colors are different enough that they won't get confused in a pot. Definitely increase the denom size though. Try printing your inlays out in actual size and hold them at arms length and see if you can read the denom easily.
One thing you might want to try, aside from making the denom bigger on one side, spell out the denom on the other side. ASM won't charge extra for 2 sided inlays. For instance on one side "$20", on the other "Twenty" or "Twenty Dollars".
I would suggest matching other scorpions to edge spots:
peach? on $5
pink on $10
dg green on $20
white on $100
I agree the denoms are smallish. The font for "Scorpion" and layout is very similar to other inlays I've seen on customs--but you may be going for that look. I like the color choices and edgespots.

x2 on the scorpion color-matching. I like the blue scorpion on the $10, though.
With the denom and title, remember that black ink will bleed. Thin lines of color are liable to be filled in with black when the inlay is printed.
