So I took advantage of Joe's (from Palm Imports) 25 cent custom ceramic chip offer. They were printed on chips that had already had edge spots on them so they wouldn't match, but come on custom chips for 25 cents.
After many struggles learning how to design a chip (I still can't do almost anything of photoshop) I submitted my chip art.
Joe was great. Even though I was getting a dirt cheap price, he kept me informed of the progress, and when the printer wasn't sure of my design he contacted me to make sure everything was correct.
The actual chips came today.

You can see the non-matching edge spots, some denoms have more similar ones others not so much.
