A little Weekend Pron for you guys. Hope you enjoy! Review to come shortly!
Background:
This is a 1000 solid tourny set by ASM to go along with my cash TD series. It is design for a $1 for 1 concept in which most of my crew members agreed on. We like to have a good feel of how much is actually being waged each time. I think it creates a unique feel to the game.
Mold:
If you want a nice, clean, elegant, simple, and contemporary design, the NO MOLD is definitely the way to go. It is so simple that it creates a beauty which makes tears run down my eyes. There were absolutely no spinners at all which was really suprising to me. I figured that since this mold had no recess, there would most likely be some spinners but none what so ever. These stack extremely well. I can stack a tower of 50 chips and push them at the bottom back and forth at a constant speed and it remains intact. One problem I did find with this mold is that there seems to be quite a bit of off-centered inlays.... not to the point where it really mattered but they were not dead centered like my H-mold. I would not let this discourage anyone. Some inlays were off but not by a huge margin and most likely will not be noticeable.
Inlay:
Overall, it turned out pretty well. There were no white rings or nicks which is commonly seen on black inlays. ASM did an amazing job at preventing this. One problem I had with the outcome was the visibility of the background image. For those who are familiar with Photo Shop, the background had and opacity of 80percent and it barely showed from an arms length away.

Fantastic! Love the solids. Love the labels....love the mold! Nice "unique" set. I wonder how that mold feels? Who did your inlay design. It is beautiful!
