Time for an Avatar Change

Well here they are. Some background details before the good stuff. In honor of my one grandfather I picked up woodworking. In honor of the other, I picked up card playing. His name was Jack and he was known as the gentleman at the table, in part because that was his favorite drink. These are named after him, and the spartan soldier design is from a ring I received when he passed away.

First Contact w/ PCOL: 12/7/07 (shortly after the 10% sale announcement)
Artwork Approved: 12/31/07
Invoice Date: 12/13/07
Artwork Revision Approved: 1/17/08 (after running the test print there was too much bleed w/ the text)
Ship Date: 3/10/08 (Cathy told me last week they weren't expecting these until the end of the month. I think she was playing games with me)
Received: 3/13/08 (I was actually home the 1 hour tonight that UPS came for the delivery)

$.25 -- Arc Yellow (160 + 10 extras)
$1 -- 212 Imperial Blue w/ DG Yellow (160 + 10 extras)
$5 -- 312 Mandarin Red w/ DG Pink (160 + 5 extras)
$20 -- 412 Green w/ DG Green (80 + 10 extras)

I can't say enough about working with PCOL and the chips are amazing. The hourglass mold comes out extremely sharp.

Very nice. Very nice indeed! These are simple yet look great! Black inlays are A+. Are the 1" inlays?

Re: Time for an Avatar Change

Links: the green/dg green was a recommendation from mrticsay and I must say I love the combination.

BMW: I too am a big black inlay fan. Yes, these are the 1" inlay. It's amazing how every label is aligned. What difference this makes to the overall look.

Re: Time for an Avatar Change

Wow. Simply gorgeous! Like Links, I also love the green/dg green combo. I went with it for my T25 chip (314 spot pattern).

I leave next Sat. for 3 week in Australia and I'm hoping that my ASMs are waiting for me when I get home.

Again, very nice chips!

What a nice tribute set you've made! Everything works well together and the helmet 'pops' likes it's 3D on my screen.

Great Chips Chris! I can't wait to see them in person.

The arrival of these chips requires that you host another tourney/cash game very soon....
