I shuffled some 1s, thinking that if any would have problems catching, they would. They don't catch at all.

These are originals, I bought most of them from links_slayer (as he correctly guessed). I'm not sure that a dyed faux would react differently, as they seem to all turn a grayish color where they are lazered.
All they cost me was .15 per chip (plus shipping both ways). An incredibly low price for a great product. Additionally, mine are rather simple, which is what I wanted, but Jason can do very detailed work as well.

I got 200 quarters, 200 1s, 200 5s, 100 20s, 60 100s, and 40 500s. I probably didn't need that many 500s, but you have to fill the rack, right?

Yep, no raised area. Stacking is still the solid rock that fauxs always are. And no scraping required.
