Well, thank you BCC. You've severely let me down. Here are pics of my cash set that I was hoping to sell....which ain't gonna happen anymore. Unless someone really wants them, I'm won't feel comfortable selling them these chips.



I'm very happy with the colors and the denoms. Unfortunately, they don't stack for SH*T, are very wobbly at even 20 high, and about 10% of them have gunk on the edges or faces. Awesome. I'm not even going to waste my time trying to get them to make this right. They arrived one month (to the day) after Mike told me they were going to ship. It took me a half dozen tries to get through on the phone with them. Emails went unanswered for months. I've read stories here of BCC caring more about new customers than fixing problems with existing customers. I didn't even feel like a customer. I just felt like an easy way for them to make $250. Thanks dudes....

Slam me all you want for bashing them. I know many of you have had wonderful, great, pleasurable, immaculate dealings with them. I didn't. Deal with it.

I won't slam you. The only really good chips I've seen come out of BCC are boondockers new chips which honestly surprised me enormously as to how great they are.

I'm not sure why someone here would need to slam you for your opinion on how you were dealt with by a chip company. Or for what you believe are quality issues with your chips.

Though you might be the one that has to "deal with it", because they're your chips.

That's exactly what's happening. I guess they're not scraping them anymore like they said they would when I placed the order in early October. I would have gladly oiled all 1000 faces instead of dealing with this bullsh*t.

I know...I just remember the whole "BCC=Bad Chip Company?" thread that got pretty heated at times; there are obviously very loyal BCC supporters here. After my experience with them, I have no idea why.

From what I can see in the pics, there appears to be a fair bit of extra foil around the hotstamp and the chips look very dry (usual for BCC). It may take a while, but scraping off the excess foil will yield possitive results with the stacking issue and some oil (another time consuming task) would remove some of the discolouration from the chips.

There is a nice set of chips just waiting to appear here. It is just going to take a lot of work. Too bad BCC didn't srape them for you. It would have made your first impression so much better.

For what its worth, I really like these chips and was considering buying them (until my gf blew my budget at the casino). Good luck.

Just an FYI, the "gunk" I'm talking about is not the extra chip or foil...it's brownish blackish crap.

There's no doubt these would have been a great set...too bad BCC decided to give me the shaft and cut corners with my order. I'm really hot right now and need to cool down.
