That's a purty set you got there. I'm really diggin' the $1000. It's also pretty cool that you're being so accommodating with your color choices. VERY COOL!!

Re: Donkeys at Play - ASM's have arrived

Just seeing them minty fresh in boxes makes me want to order some!

Are you happy with the final result? (they look pretty damn close to the artwork I saw earlier - nice mold choice too)

Excellent set - congrats. Love the spots on the 1k chip. The colors on the 500 are my favorite though

Hilarious inlay

The roman mold is my current favorite (waiting to see what the fleur di lis is like) nice choice

Best of luck with them

overall satisfied.

glenda and sandy were a dream to work with.
artwork was dead on.
wishing the inlay was a little larger.
not a big fan of the base colors but we wanted to be accomodating.
pretty happy with the edgespot progression based on the choices available.

we tried going with the fleur mold but had to change at the last minute due to problems they were having with it.

They have postponed the general availability of the FDL indefnitely. Apprantely due to a large number of bad chips being produced and causing a lot of waste/higher costs. The Avalon chips were the last chips made on it for right now according to Cathy. They are coming out with the hour glass mold soon though

I'm confused... Weren't these going to be PI clay (Wallsons)?

Out of curiosity, when did you place your order with ASM? I'm just looking for a current timeline.

Very nice! Were there any bad inlays? How long did the order take from start to finish? Did they give you any extra chips?

they were supposed to be but the ASM were easier to distinguish between for the color blind guy.

lemme see if i can put the timeline together correctly:

5/20 - started mocks
5/23 - decided on ASM
??/?? - order started
6/7 - approved artwork
6/15 - payment
6/25 - notified of problems with fleur
7/19 - chips arrived
