Solid Wall Tourny Customs

Thanks to Gordian for his help in making my vision a reality. I think they came out great. A nice tournament set that is a definite upgrade from the faux clays. Sorry that I didn't get any pics fresh out of the box, these photos were taken the day after I got them and after I hosted my regular Friday night game with them. Some of the out of the box chalkyness has been knocked off but I think I will still try some oil on them to really make the colors pop.

Here are the last five die hard players at 3am this morning playing some NLHE & NLOmaha cash game, we had 15 in the tournament that started a 8pm Friday:

Here I am, chips make me smile too, just not as much

wow they turned out sickatating! (that's right)

now OIL those bad boys. How much did they cost you, they seem like an awesome alternative to the fauxs (no offense nation).

Thumbs up Re: Solid Wall Tourny Customs

Congrats on the new chips. They look great, please let us know how they are after you oil them maybe even a few pics. if possible. After seen those and comparing how they look to the new Progen samples I got, I am almost positive they are two different material makeups involved. Those look so much chalkier and way more like clay chips should. Thanks for the pictures.

Re: Solid Wall Tourny Customs

It was part of the solid wall group buy. I got 600 chips, 5 inlay designs for $318 delivered. I just finished oiling 100 of them and they really look great. Here is some more chip pr0n:

As ever, the oiling works a treat, nice tourney chips, I like solids (can you tell).

Always appreciate a glimpse of JB's in action too...

Re: Solid Wall Tourny Customs

This just feels awesome, to see some chips where one was actually involved in making them... I'm really glad you like them and I hope you actually did well in the tournament with your new babies.

Thanks a lot for those sweet pictures of the chips

Re: Solid Wall Tourny Customs

Nice stuff.

The oil did make a difference. I bet with more use, the faux shaped inlays will look even better.

Good luck with them.

I just wanted to say how awesome those chips are. The oil just made them that much better. You have got one very nice tournament set there. Man I would love to play in a game or two with those. Your shaped label are great, they almost look metallic in the pictures (kind of a sparkle to them). Thanks for the pics. and info. I hope they bring you loads of luck.
