The day has finally come (it was only weeks haha, Joe's so great...), and the chips have finally arrived! A bunch of nice sets have been coming from PI, so I thought I'd jump on the bandwagon with so many good reviews to purchase a set for our home game.
It's not run at my place, but rather a guy named Paul. He lives near LA, and Hollywood Park is one of his favorite places to play, so we've been calling our homegame "Paullywood Park" for a while now. But now we have something to go with it besides a name!
Here's the mockup thread for a closeup of the inlays, since I'm at work and will have until I get home to post better pics. Joe's been great to work with, and if anyone is looking for a cheap set of decent quality chips, these are the way to go.
The breakdown is as follows:
White(25) - 300
Black(100) - 300
Purple(500) - 250
Orange(1000) - 250
50 more than I ordered. Whether or not it was an accident I still got 50 extra at seemingly no charge

These things feel great out of the box, and I don't plan on oiling them since they'll see plenty of play. We usually run two tourney's with 25-30 players every three weeks, so I'm sure they'll get natural oil on them soon enough.
