Regarding the resemblances between these and Virby's, wee are actually talking about that in private with Virby.

I agree with Meridian here.

If you are going to use a well known casino's design, you can't complain if someone esle does.

Only the ORIGINAL artist, the one that works for the Palms, can get upset.

I 100 % agree with you guys.
But the thing I don't appreciate is that I payed for particular details on that design, and I found exactly the same changes on someone else's design.
There has been a lot of Palms replicas before mines (Jason's etc) and there will be a lot after.
I am not upset against Virby.
I just would have appreciated to be warned

You are upset because you paid a designer to make the changes and he sold them to someone else too.

Not to belabor the point, but while I see the similarities (which included the changes made to the standard Palms design) there are some significant difference between the two sets.
