In doing so, out of 1,500 chips, I found one with a really bad inlay, one with a bubbled inlay (spinner) and one with a slight defect. 3 out of 1,500 chips. |

Not that you haven't provided enough chip p0rn here but would you mind posting a pic of a stack or two each of your DG pink 3D14 imp blue/black from the last round with some of these new DG pink 4D14 green/black for comparison...a single pic would do...
And now that they are both in hand, which do you prefer? (Ignoring that one is 3D14 and one 4D14)
Cheers and congrats! |

Finally my Baby's have come home. I am going to spend the rest of today just rolling in new chips.
I have to add to my original Palmas but this will be my last clay chip set. The varmint already tried to make her move but was headed off at the pass. Maybe now I can toss those damn dice chips.
Michael , you deserve a trophey or something for this. If you come to SC on a golf trip I'll see if I can get you a round at the Ocean Course.

Cheers and congrats! | Here they are. Also, as Stan's new chips left me, another arrived to take my mind off of the loss...
And another of my favorites...

I used a center stack of chips to keep things aligned. Then 5 chips around the center core. As you get up a few rows you can actually keep everything aligned by lightly pushing in on the sides equally. Once you get up to a foot high, you can actually slide the entire tower if you are very careful.
This stack only took about 15 minutes to build. If I were to rebuild it, I would look at aligning the edge spots as well along the rising sprial which would add another level of detail. |

The color schemes are amazing by themselves and next to each other. You have supplied me with computer wallpaper forever. Also, the black inlays are really cool. I love them, too. Congrats to you and HanahanStan on some fine chips and thanks for posting so many amazing pics. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
