Just thought I'd throw this out there. Found these at work, they buy a lot of vintage stuff, never expected us to have stuff like this though. Here are some pics, I really like the dice...that's the one i wanted to photograph, just thought I shoot the card holder while I was at it. Enjoy.

Dal Negro still makes the poker dice like that. I've got a couple of casino sets that include the dice.
