First post, my chips.

This is my first post here, and these are my chips. The Orange county Poker CLub chips are from casinowholesalers.com , the are hot stamped with a holographic image. They did an OK job, but the customer service lacked substantilly, I had some problems with about 200+ chips not printing well, to say the least, "I" still have them! I got a dumpload of them, we run a tournament twice a month with over 150 people in them, our max is 200.

The Superman chips are super cheap, E-bay crappy little chips, we added the Logo and value ourselves with label software. We use these for the cash games only, we had to have diferent style, look and feel of the chips. Before we did this people were bringing over chips to their friends still in the tourney and giving them to them on the sly to pad their stacks.

I think the image site is down, It was working when I first posted them. Patience.

Welcome aboard! What chips are you using outside of this game? Which chips catch your eye?

Thanks, yeah it went from about 80 to max 200 in about 6 months, we average 150. It has been a very expensive proposition to setup, we made all our own tables, as you can see we bought 35,000 chips for the tournament and 5,000 for the cash games.

we also bought 200 used chairs from several rental places, we talked them into upgrading theirs by selling us the old ones and then buying new ones for themselves, it worked we got them really cheap.

The chips aren't the best, but hell we had to buy 40,000 of them lol, One of my partners is a local Golf Pro at a private membership only club, we use the golf's dinning room for the tournaments after hours.

It's a real blast, I am considering quiting what I do and becoming a Trounament director at one of my local casinos. I would love to do that. But I am worried about the pay

Re: First post, my chips.

Welcome aboard! You will be infected like the rest of us, and $1 a chip seems a reasonable price to pay. Enjoy
