Just Got started labeling these, here are some preliminary pictures.
The green chips look dry-ish b/c they have not been handeled after I used isopropyl alcohol to clean them before applying the labels.
The labels are standard paper labels from Jason sprayed with Low Odor Krylon Matte Clear. They have not been used yet, so I can't comment on durability.
Those really turned out great - I think changing the watermark made a huge difference. I hope you love them and keep winning them back from everyone you play with.

Nice job, I really like the simple design. Definitely the best route for the budget conscious... makes me want to run out and buy some!
What's the advantage of the shellloader?

Yea, the label design turned out great. ShellUploader is just an app that you can run on your computer that will enable you to directly upload multiple images to imageshack and give you the urls in different formats ie: thumbnails, websites, direct link.
Man, I hope those are close up photos of the good labels. I can't believe how people can put labels on these chips and wrap them down into the recess so clearly.
Nice chips -- the watermark looks great and the simplicity is really nice on these chips since they're pretty solid/plain anyway.
Bending the labels around the edge probably doubles the time it takes to label these chips. You have to go around the edge of each side with a paperclip to fold the label over into the groove.

i bet you could find some sort of cylinder at a good hardware store that would fit right in there to bend the labels around the edges...
