I didn't make it down there once this summer. I had class thurs. and fri night and work on sat. Maybe next year they'll have it again and I can make it down. I know a few people who went down there and they said the players were mostly terrible. One guy I know sat at a table where someone was using a starting hand chart to see if he should come in the hand. When he raised without looking at it everyone folded and he couldn't figure out why lol.
The more I see of the Faux Clays the more I like. They look OK on their own but put on some labels and these chips look fantastic. I just can't figure out if I should get some Fauxs and label them or just save up for a killer set of real clays. Good work.

I really like the colors the Faux chips use. Your stickers really dress them up, too.
BTW, the poker tent at Nautica will open again next April. IMO The biggest problem was lack of quality dealers.
I really like the colors of the faux's to and theres so many of them. When I got the chips I wanted them because they sound really good especially for the price. I am also a fan of non edge spot chips. I was then really impressed with them after the labels went on. They are definately the way to go for a cheap set of decent quality chips. Still saving for the real clays though.
Coleman - thanks for letting me know that their setting that up again next year. Starting early too. I'm gonna try and go down at least twice a month. What was wrong with the dealers slow, or just bad in general. Anyway it's the only thing we have that is technically legal so I guess we're stuck.
