My other favorite hobby website is boardgamegeek. Along with your avatar you can acquire "microbadges" which are 16x16 pixel graphics which represent your favorite games, your musical tastes, your other hobbies, your religion, your favorite author, etc.
Users are free to create microbadges and submit them for approval. For instance, I created this microbadge:
for fans of Dream Theater (who kick total ass btw). I want to create a microbadge signifying my love of quality poker chips. I don't mind using "Poker Chip Snob" as the category (which shows up with a mouseover) but if somebody can think of something better, I will use it.
I am creative, but I'm also heavily left-brained, which means I am not at all visually-creative, so I am having trouble picturing what should appear on this microbadge. My first thought is a depiction of a poker chip with the $$ graphic in the middle, but perhaps I can do better. Any thoughts?
PS - If you post a 16x16 microbadge in this thread, I reserve the right to copy it and submit it for approval at boardgamegeek. I will give you all the credit of course.
